Sonnet
Home oh home, how will I remember you?
Home oh home, what if you were a secret?
A sketch of a wraith, a phantom I drew,
How could I trust somebody to keep it?
Oh home, your heart is a wonderful dark,
Through your window I see the forest's eye.
And I hear the crimson song of the lark,
Though killed by ruthless thorns, its song won't die.
I opened the door, but they're too afraid,
At last I'm alone in this haunted home.
But that is alright, I don't need your aid,
I'm fine to say, I will stay here alone.
But sometimes I wish there was somebody,
Who understands and loves this world with me.
